  Checked in at The Grand Hotel Scarborough on 28th Oct. Receptionist didnt understand our booking done via Hotel Gift couldnt get room key till later. Waited 21/4 hours to get key only to be told that room had not been serviced. Room door had been forced open and temp. repaired. tired from traveling we relaxed evening meal was very poor with insufficient food poorly cooked. went into lounge found carpets filthy
  Back to room, t.v. didnt work. In the morning looked around room, what a dump, blood on window sill, black mould in bathroom, dirty carpets.
  Looking round the hotel it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in ages Breakfast was as bad after queueing for 1/2 hour for a cooked breakfast we left and found a café outside. We complained to the receptionist whose attitude was couldnt care less. a guest in front of us who complained was told that they dont issue vouchers to get food outside or issue refunds for guests checking out early. Another family behind us booked a disabled roon and were given an ordinary room. we also found the downstairs toilets blocked (it looked like for some time). We only stayed one night instead of the three we were booked in for, So we checked out and came home. So thankyou for ruining my wife and Is wedding anniversary and my wifes birthday, I think sleeping on the street would have been cleaner.

  He is an absolutely joke and a fraud, he took £100’s of pounds as a deposit to allegedly take on the case but before you use him please look at just the first page of google under his name, it says it all, he is disgusting and preys on people that are vulnerable and been through a financial trauma. She has used every last penny she has to try and get support and he tries to sweet talk on the phone and professes to give ‘free advice if you don’t want to pay for his services’. All a ploy to lull you please DO NOT fall for the manipulation and cheap rates. I really hope he goes down for this. Disgusting parasite. Please be aware.

  Called in this establishment this morning (Thursday 26/2/15) Had a coin I was hoping to sell. Muppet took one look at it for approx.10 seconds before handing it back to me as not gold. Think he was in a hurry to leave with his partner. Turns out to be a 2006 24ct proof Australian 1dollar perfect specimen. Total mintage: 300. Reverse designer: Stuart Devlin. Obverse designer: Ian Rank-Broadley. Weight: 21.52 grams. Bullion value: $960. Grade PR67DC. Current valuation $1,200. :) XXX
